WAS STUCK THEIR FROM SUNDAY TO WED. ON CM MANUFACTURER HORSE TRAILER WEBSITE. SAYS, THE NO MAD 3 HORSE BUMPER PULL SLANT ALUMINUM HAVE 5200 LB AXLE.MINE HAD ONLY 2 3500 LB AXLES. BIG TEX DETERMINED WAS NOT DUE TO MY TRAILER NOT BEING SERVICED OR IN BAD CONDITION. SO, DEXTER PAID TO REPAIR REAR AXLE. HOWEVER,WHEN BIG TEX CHECKED FRONT AXLE SHOWED PROBLEMS AS WELL. BIT TEX CHARGED ME $278.82 FOR THOSE REPAIRS. IT IS CLEAR THESE AXLES HAD SERIOUS PROBLEMS. I WAS NOT REMEMBERED FOR COST TO BOARD 3 HORSES, HOTEL COST, GASOLINE, FOOD. WE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED ALONG WITH OUR THREE HORSES. IS THEIR ANY LAWS PROTECTING US AND REQUIRING MANUFACTURER OR DEXTER REIMBURSE ME FOR MY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES. IS CM IN VIOLATING OF ANY LAWS?
