ANTIFREEZE LEAKED INTO THE OIL DUE TO WATER PUMP FAILURE. THE OIL WAS CONTAMINATED WHICH RESULTED IN SLUDGING OF OIL. HENCE, THE UPPER ENGINE WAS NOT PROPERLY LUBRICATED. AS A RESULT OF NOT BEING LUBRICATED, THE ENGINE FAILED. SOLUTION: COMPLETE ENGINE REPLACEMENT. *TR
