TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER SEBRING CONVERTIBLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WATER WAS COLLECTING ON THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE FLOORBOARD. THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC AT THE COST OF $70, WHICH CONSISTED OF POURING WATER OVER THE CONVERTIBLE TOP. THE DEALER REPLACED THE SEAL ON THE CONVERTIBLE TOP; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY SUGGESTED THAT THERE MAY BE A LEAK BETWEEN THE FIREWALL AND THE AIR CONDITIONER. THE DEALER TORE OUT THE FRONT SEAT, PULLED BACK THE CARPET TO DRY IT OUT, AND ATTEMPTED TO DIAGNOSE THE ORIGIN OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT HAS CURRENTLY INCURRED OVER $600 IN REPAIRS FOR IDENTICAL FAILURES. THE FAILURES HAVE YET TO BE RESOLVED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,470 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 30,707.
