THERE IS NO DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING EVEN THO THIS PART ALSO CONTROLS THE AIR BAG ASSEMBLY WHICH EVIDENTLY IS NOT A SAFETY FEATURE ... IT IS A LUXORY.
