The contact stated while driving, the warning messages "Shift To park" and "Service Power Steering" appeared on the instrument panel and the vehicle suddenly lost power. The contact stated she switched gears to park and was able to restart the vehicle. The contact veered to the side of the road for a short moment, then she drove to her destination. The contact stated that the failure had been reoccurring. The dealer and the manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 107,250.

The contact stated that two leaks had formed in the ceiling of his vehicle; one leak was located in the middle of the rear section of the panoramic sunroof and another leak had formed in the upper handle above the rear passenger seat. The dealer was notified of the failure and an appointment was made to inspect the vehicle. The contact had also taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic and the seals and tubes located around the sunroof were tested and no failures were found. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure and referred him to the NHTSA for assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 110,000

SCREEN TURNS BLACK AND GREEN WHEN ON REVERSE OR SOMETIMES GO BLACK WHILE DRIVING, MAKING CERTAIN CONTROLS LIKE HEATED SEATS AND HEATED STEERING WHEEL INOPERABLE. THE ENTIRE SCREEN FLASHES WITH LINES AND FLIPS BETWEEN BLACK AND GREEN. ISSUE HAPPENS INTERMITTENTLY, BUT MORE WHEN PUTTING THE CAR ON REVERSE INSTEAD OF SHOWING REAR IMAGE IT GOES INTO A FLASHING GREEN SCREEN. DEALER TELLS ME THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE AND USUALLY THEY REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT WHICH COSTS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. ISSUE HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND NOW CAR IS 90 MILES OVER THE 36K BUMPER TO BUMPER AND HAD TO OPEN CASE WITH CHRYSLER TO SEE IF THEY CAN COVER THE REPAIR/DIAGNOSTIC

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2016 CHRYSLER 300C. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH AND CHANGING LANES, THE VEHICLE STARTED VIBRATING AND WOBBLING ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT DETERMINED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE BRAKE ROTOR WAS FRACTURED. THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO THE GUARD RAIL. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A YARD AND DEEMED DESTROYED. THE CONTACT CALLED RIVERLAND CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP AT (985) 652-9600 (LOCATED AT 601 BELLE TERRE BLVD, LAPLACE, LA 70068). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,000.
