THERE WERE NO INJURIES SUSTAINED. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HENDRICK CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 1624 MONTGOMERY HWY, HOOVER, AL 35216, (205) 545-8074) WHERE IT WAS AWAITING TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 85,000.
