Two times in a month after getting fixed the first time the esc error code pops up and the engine starts running at 1/2 capacity and the steering gets hard to steer. There is also a braking error code that displays. I have had to tow it to the dealership twice now and can not drive it. It is a danger since it will decelerate when in traffic and becomes hard to steer.

The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact stated that while driving 40 MPH, the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration. During the failure, the vehicle accelerated to speeds in excess of 100 MPH. Additionally, during the failure the brake pedal was depressed however, the vehicle did not slow down or stop. The vehicle was shifted to park to be stopped. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer. No further information was available. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,876.
General Motors, LLC. (GM) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Buick Encore GX and 2021-2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer vehicles. The emergency jack, if not positioned as directed in the vehicle owner's manual, can fracture while in use.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A fractured jack can cause the vehicle to collapse, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the jack, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters informing owner of the safety risk are expected to be mailed July 26, 2021. A second notice will be mailed once remedy parts become available. Owners may contact Buick customer service at 1-800-521-7300 or Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020.
