AFTER REPLACING ORGINAL DRIVERS SIDE SEATBELT THE REPLACED SEAT BELT FAILED ON 9-6-00, THE LOCAL CHEVY GARAGE HAS ORDERED A NEW REPLACEMENT, BOTH SEATBELTS HAVE LOCKED UP INTO THE SEAT.
