TRUCK WAS PULLING A FULL LOAD AT THE TIME AND AN ACCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN MAJOR. LUCKILY THE TRAILER BEING TOWED HAD ELECTRIC BRAKES ON IT. INSPECTION OF THE BRAKE LINES SHOWS THEM ALL VERY RUSTY.
