THERE IS NO DIRECT CABLE TO THE CARBURETOR SYSTEM. ALSO, WITHOUT THE COMPUTER INPUT PEDAL DOESN'T RELEASE UINTIL CONSUMER TURNS VEHICLE OFF. DEALERSHIP IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. *AK
BRAKING POWER IS INSUFFICIENT, RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE ROTOR WEAR, AND EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE. ALSO; WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED REAR WHEELS LOCK UP, CAUSING THE ABS SYSTEM TO ACTIVATE PREMATURELY. DEALER HAS INSPECTED VEHICLE, AND HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK

BRAKES REPLACED SEVERAL TIMES AND CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS. MJS
ON DRY/GRAVEL PAVEMENT ABS BRAKING SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED, CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE, AND AND RESULTING IN A CRASH. THE ABS LIGHT NEVER CAME ON. DEALER HAS NOT SEEN VEHICLE. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
BRAKES HAD FELT SPONGY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. HAD THE PROBLEM CHECKED OUT THREE MONTHS AGO, NOTHING FOUND - BRAKES FAILED COMPLETELY WHILE DRIVING, PEDAL WENT TO FLOOR , AND VEHICLE SLOWED EVENTUALLY. SO THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT. DEALER REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER AT NO COST (STILL UNDER WARRANTY). *AK
REAR EMERGENCY BRAKE CHAFING ON A SUPPORT BRACKET AND CUT THROUGH THE SHIELD AND STARTING FRAYING THE STEEL CABLE. MJS
THE ABS BRAKES FEELS SPONGY. HAVE NO PRESSURE. THE PEDAL GOES CLOSE TO FLOOR WHEN APPLIED. VEHICLE WOULD FAIL TO STOP. HAS BEEN TO DEALER AT LEAST 8 TIMES FOR ABS BRAKES. HAD THE PADS CHANGED ABOUT EVERY 3,000-5,000 MILES. THE PROBLEM WITH ABS BRAKES HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. *AK
