WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH THE BRAKE CALIPER BOLT SEPARATED FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, THE DRIVER BEGAN TO HEAR A RUMBLING SOUND. THE VEHICLE THEN SURGED BACK AND FORTH VIOLENTLY. AS A RESULT, THE DRIVER SUSTAINED SEVERE NECK INJURIES. *AK *SCC *JB

7 reportsAFTER HITTING RESUME ON THE CRUISE, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATOR JUST KEPT ON SPEEDING UP WAY PAST WHERE IT WAS SET, TRIED TO BRAKE AND USE THE OFF SWITCH, TO NO AVAIL, PUT IT IN NEUTRAL TO GET OFF THE ROAD AND THEN WAS ABLE TO SHUT THE CAR OFF. DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND THEN RECONNECT.
VEHICLE REVVED UP TO 3800 RPM'S AFTER COLD START. ONCE, VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD AND HIT FENCE, CAUSING $ 2500 IN DAMAGE, DEALER SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND CAUSE. *AK
WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY HIT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, AND VEHICLE HESITATED/STALLED. CONTACTED DEALER, AND THEY REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP. *AK *ML
