THE CAR HAS BEEN IN A GARAGE FROM DAY ONE AND MY MOM IS THE ONLY OWNER. THE PAINT AND UNDERCARRIAGE IS LIKE NEW! ( NO RUST AND ALL MAINTENACE HAS BEEN DONE ) IF SOMEONE ELSE HAD BEEN DRIVING THEY MAY HAVE LOST CONTROL OF THE CAR! I DID CALL LLOYDS IN DAYTONA BEACH FL ( WHERE SHE BOUGH THE CAR BUT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE TOO LOOK AT IT THEN IT COST ME TOO FIX IT ! I FEEL THIS IS A PROBLEM YOU NEED TOO LOOK AT! LIMOUSINE FAILED TO MEET STOPPING DISTANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 105.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCE COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT;VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 105.

Remedy: REPLACE ORIGINAL REAR WHEEL BRAKE CYLINDER WITH A LARGER CYLINDER.
