AFTER BEING REAR ENDED CONSUMER STRUCK HIS HEAD ON THE DASHBOARD. CONSUMER STATED THE FRONT SEAT BELTS WERE VERY LOOSE, AND DID NOT HOLD HIM PROPERLY. THE POLICE DID NOT REPLY.*AK *BF *NM
