VEHICLE WAS REAR ENDED, DRIVERS SEAT WAS SLIGHTLY TWISTED AND THE POWER ADJUSTER FAILED CAUSING THE SEAT TO ROCK BACKWARDS ON THE REAR MOUNTS, RESULTING IN THE DRIVER SLIDING OUT OF THE SEAT INTO THE REAR SEAT AND SUFFERING A COMPRESSIVE FRACTURE TO THE NECK. *ET
