TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 AUDI A4 QUATTRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUAL WINDSHIELD WIPERS SHUT OFF WHEN THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP WHICH WAS ALSO LISTED IN THE OWNERS MANUAL. THE DEALER SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS WAS HOW THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED AND THERE WAS NO OVERRIDE OR UPGRADE AT THIS TIME. T…
