STILL NO HELP FROM ANYONE. SO FAR I HAVE SPENT OVER $750 AND STILL DO NOT KNOW IF PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. I HAVE NOT HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM SO FAR. *AK
