MY RACK AND PINION IS ALSO CAUSING ME PROBLEMS. IT HAS BECOME VERY DIFFICULT TO STEER- MORE SO TO ONE SIDE THAN THE OTHER. A FRIEND OF THE FAMILY ALSO OWNS A VIGOR NEAR TO THE SAME YEAR AS MINE AND THEIR RACK IS BAD AS WELL AND CAUSES SOME BAD VIBRATIONS. I AM WORKING NOW TO SEE IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY RECALLS ISSUED FOR THIS …
