TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 ACURA MDX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE STARTING THE IGNITION, THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS ACTIVATED AND A LOUD ABNORMAL NOISE EMITTED FROM INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE ONLY OCCURRED DURING THE INITIAL START UP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, WHO INFORMED THAT THE MALFUNCTION WAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE FAULTY AIR CONDITIONER SUPPORT BOLTS. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
