TL*- THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE 2007 YAMAHA YZFR1 AT 4 MPH, AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE FASTER THE MOTORCYCLE HESITATED FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS THEN EVENTUALLY ACCELERATED SLOWLY. THE MOTORCYCLE HAD AN ACCELERATION PROBLEM EACH TIME ITWAS DRIVEN. THE MOTORCYCLE HAD BEEN TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHO CONFIRMS THE PROB…

TL*- THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE 2007 YAMAHA YZFR1 AT 4 MPH, AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE FASTER THE MOTORCYCLE HESITATED FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS THEN EVENTUALLY ACCELERATED SLOWLY. THE MOTORCYCLE HAD AN ACCELERATION PROBLEM EACH TIME ITWAS DRIVEN. THE MOTORCYCLE HAD BEEN TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHO CONFIRMS THE PROBLEM EXISTED, AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO REMEDY FOR THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 230 , AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 0.*AK THE CONSUMER STATED THE PROBLM ONLY HAPPENED IN SECOND GEAR. UPDATED 04/05/07. *JB
