RECENTLY BROUGHT 2007 VESPA GTS 250 WITH 550 MILES HAD IT FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS, USED IT ABOUT 3 TIMES AROUND THE BLOCK AND FUEL PUMP FAILED ... NOT SO COOL HAD TO PUSH BACK HOME... LOOKING ONLINE I SEE A FEW PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR PROBLEM....I THING ITS ABOUT $200 FOR A NEW PUMP WILL VESPA COVER IT ? *TR

FUEL PUMP FAILS REPEATEDLY ON VESPA GTS250. IT HAS CAUSED ME TO ALMOST GET KILLED ON HIGHWAY 288 SOUTH OF HOUSTON WHEN IT FAILED ON AN INCLINE AND I HAD MULTIPLE VEHICLES BEHIND ME AND BESIDE ME ON THE FREEWAY. WORSE... IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE AMONG VESPA OWNERS AND YET THE MANUFACTURER REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM. *TR
