DURING THE PAST SEVERAL WINTERS THE BRAKE AND ABS WARNING LIGHTS HAVE COME ON WHEN DRIVING DURING WET SNOWY/SLUSHY CONDITIONS. THE CONDITION WOULD FIX ITSELF AFTER THE VEHICLE DRIED OUT. THIS STARTED AFTER 30K MILES/2 YEARS OF OWNERSHIP. THIS WINTER (2013) THE WARNING LIGHTS LIT UP AND STAYED LIT. TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID IT REQUIRES A NEW WHEEL SPEED SENSOR AND WIRING HARNESS. RESEARCH ONLINE HAS SHOWN MULTIPLE INSTANCES OF THIS FAILURE IN 2007-2008 YARIS'. TOYOTA HAS ISSUED A TSB CONCERNING THIS MATTER. (TSB NUMBER: TSB-0120-08). THIS IS A KNOWN FAILURE THAT HAPPENS AT ONE OF THE TIMES THAT THE ABS SYSTEM IS NEEDED THE MOST. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND SHOULD BE A MANUFACTURER RECALL. *TR
