I bought a used 2022 Toyota Corolla LE but it is showing corrosion on the hood. The left axle is vibrating over 40 mph when accelerating, confirmed by a mechanic. Toyota tells me the warranty expired at 36,000 miles, my car has about 36,800.

I bought my car Toyota Corolla coss has three months with 3,700 miles on it. and has had two times problems. The first time, on February 28 2023 at 8 a.m., I was at a traffic light stop my car about 15 seconds later when I heard a warning beep. The message read "low steering power," low battery, and then steering lock. I tried to turn off the engine button, but there was no response. I pressed it three times, put the handle stop on the park, and then started it again. My car was parked in the middle of the road, causing a traffic jam behind me, and I couldn't get out because it was dangerous. The second time in March 10.2023 3pm. after the stop at the light and anything like first time... It was rainy both times. I'm worried it's dangerous on the highway. It was raining and I had my wipers on and my stop and start system on. I haven't reported it to Toyota dealership. Both of them are in the middle of the road. I'm not sure if there are any defects in this car. Thank you!
