CONSUMER HAD NOTICE OF A CRACK IN THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD, CAUSING FUMES TO ENTER INSIDE THE VEHICLE; IN ADDITON, COULD CAUSE A FIRE HAZARD. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED THE DEALER, DEALER NEEDS TO REPLACE THE MANIFOLD. *AK

THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE VEHICLE AND THE PCV VALVE HAD NOT BEEN PUT BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION. DUE TO A COMPUTER PROGRAM ERROR, CERTAIN DIGITS OF THE GVWR AND THE GAWR APPEARED IN INCORRECT LOCATIONS ON THE CERTIFICATION LABEL LOCATED ON THE LEFT FRONT DOOR OF THE SUBJECT VEHICLES.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THE CERTIFICATION LABEL WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH THESTANDARDS OF 49 CFR PART 576.
Remedy: RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THE TOYOTA DEALER FOR EXCHANGE OF THE CERTIFICATION LABEL.
