45 reportsDRIVER WAS PULLING INTO DRIVEWAY WHEN DRIVER'S FOOT SLIPPED OFF BRAKE AND ONTO ACCELERATOR PEDAL. VEHICLE ACCELERATED, HITTING HOUSE AND CRACKING THE FOUNDATION. ALSO, CAUSING $4500 DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE. DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY, DRIVER STERNUM CRACKED. *AK *ML
WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 30-35 MPH VEHICLE WAS REARENDED WITH GREAT FORCE ,CAUSING VEHICLE TO BE PUSHED, AND HITTING THE VEHICLE IN FRONT. DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY CAUSING INJURIES. VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS. *AK
