I BOUGHT THE MOTORCYCLE WITH 1,400 MILES ON THE ODOMETOR, SECOND AND SIXTH GEAR WENT OUT WITHIN 600 MILES. I ARGUED WITH SUZUKI FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS, THEY NEVER CLAIMED RESPONSEBILITY BUT REPLACED IT ANYWAY! I FOUND OUT LATER THAT THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TRANSMISSION FAILURE FOR THIS MOTORCYCLE. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED AFTER ONLY 800 MILES. THE DAY THAT I PICKED UP THE MOTORCYCLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP AFTER THE SECOND TRANSMITION IT DEVELOPED A BAD OIL LEAK CAUSING ME TO HIGH SIDE AT 60MPH, AND SHATERING MY SHOULDER, MAJOR CONCUSION AND BADLY BRUISED RIBS. I KNOW OF AS MANY AS TWELVE OTHER SIMILAR CASES INVOLVING THIS PARTICULAR MOTORCYCLE!! I SUGEST A TOTAL RECALL, AND BELEIVE IT TO BE IN SUZUKI'S BEST INTEREST. NOTE SUZUKI USA NEVER TOOK RESPONCEABILITY AND WAS VERY RUDE DECLINING TO COMPENSATE ME IN ANY WAY!! *AK
