TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS RECENTLY TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND REPAIRED UNDER THE RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 11V385000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:MOUNTING). AFTER THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT A QUARTER OF A TANK OF FUEL LEAKED ONTO THE GROUND. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,734.
