TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE. WHILE DRIVING, THE FRONT SEAT BELTS FAILED TO ENGAGE WHEN HE STOPPED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED IN THAT FASHION.
