WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED ON THE STEEL GRATING ON BRIDGES/ WHEN A BUMP IS HIT AND ON WET PAVEMENT THE ABS BRAKES RELEASE AND THEY DON'T PICK UP AGAIN LIKE THEY SHOULD. PLEASE DESCRBIE THE PROBLEM.
