So every year they try to get me to buy a new battery and warranty won't cover my battery because its not failing. I've had them run other test like parasitic draw and they say they find nothing. Every year I deal with this issue and have to deal with getting my car towed and usable for a couple days then magically starts working.

On November 17, my 2025 Nissan Rogue caught fire after my hour commute to work. During my commute, there were no warning signs on the dash for the entire duration. Got to the office, parked the vehicle, and within a few minutes a coworker called me to let me know the car was up in flames. The fire quickly intensified and got hot enough to melt the hood, and made its way into the interior after it shattered the windshield. The fire started in the engine compartment, near the battery. The insurance company has a fire investigator attempting to determine the cause of the fire. The car had approximately 12,000 miles.

The speaker is “ inst panel speaker 24832-6ra0a. “ I have only had this car for one year this November. It happened for a few days during the first month or two having the car then it went back to normal, now it is doing it again and has lasted a month. Seems to happen only when it’s cold outside. Sometimes chime will start normal then grow increasingly loud.
