I HAVE RECENTLY HAD TO REPLACE MY RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD DUE TO A VERY NOISY "LEAK" INCLUDING EXHAUST LEAKING INTO THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT (ROTTEN EGG SMELL) WITH THE VENTILATION SYSTEM RUNNING!!! NOT A GOOD SITUATION TO HAVE. THE MECHANIC AT TOWN NORTH NISSAN (AUSTIN, TX) SAID THAT EITHER THE MANIFOLD BOLTS OR THE GASKET FAILURE CAUSED THE MANIFOLD TO DISTORT, CAUSING THE LEAK. AFTER 2 WEEKS, I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE LEFT MANIFOLD IS NOW LEAKING AT THE GASKET TOO. THE LABOR AND 2 NEW MANIFOLDS WILL COST A TOTAL OF $1000 TO FIX. VEHICLE HAS BEEN PULLING TO THE RIGHT EVER SINCE WE PURCHASED IT, SEVERAL WHEEL ALIGNMENTS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED BUT NEVER HAVE THEY RESOLVED THE PROBLEM.
CONSUMER WAS IN AN INTERSECTION MAKING A LEFT TURN, WHEN ANOTHER VEHICLE HIT HER HEAD-ON. UPON IMPACT OF 40-55MPH, AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. (PLEASE ADD VIN#). *AK
RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD LEAKS CAUSING THE FUMES TO ENTER THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT.
TIRE RACK ON REAR OF TRUCK IS PLACED ON THE SHEET METAL SIDE PANEL. WHEN YOU OPEN THE TIRE RACK THERE IS NO STOP . THE RACK CRUSHES THE REAR QUARTER PANEL CAUSING $600.00 IN DAMAGE, WHICH NISSAN SAID THEY WOULD STAND BEHIND.
EVERY TIME VEHICLE IS STARTED A TICKING NOISE HAPPENS. AFTER WARMED UP NOISE GOES AWAY. NOISE IN EXHAUST MANIFOLD. AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM THAT HAPPENS WHEN WEATHER IS COLD. NOT AT DEALERSHIP YET. *AK
