THE CONTACT CALLED MINI OF ONTARIO LOCATED AT 1251 AUTO CENTER DR, ONTARIO, CA 91761, (909) 895-2925, AND MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED BUT NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.*DT DEALER TOLD THE CONSUMER SEAT BOTTOM PROXIMITY SENSOR SYSTEM FAILURE WAS NOT PART OF THE RECALL.
