The contact owns a 2026 Lexus NX 350. The contact stated that the instrument panel was extremely dim. The vehicle was equipped with a toggle for brightness. The contact stated that with the toggle set to max brightness, the instrument panel failed to provide adequate illumination. The contact stated that the failure was a hazard while driving. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where the vehicle was inspected, and the contact was informed that the instrument panel was operating as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 500.
