The vehicle has been on hold at the port since 5/17/2024 with no update either from Lexus or my dealership about what is the reason for the hold. The vehicle has been on hold at the port since 5/17/2024 with no update either from Lexus or my dealership about what is the reason for the hold. I’ve been hearing from different sources that it may be a windshield issue or a sunroof issue or even a possible engine issue. I have tried calling both the dealership and Lexus Brand Engagement but both deny knowing any additional information and ask that I reach out to the other line.
