1. PEOPLE 50CC KYMCO, STALLED 3 TIMES DRIVING IT HOME THE DAY WE BOUGHT IT! MANY PROBLEMS SINCE AND STILL NOT SOLVED. 2. STALLED IN HEAVY TRAFFIC > 15 TIMES SINCE PURCHASE CAUSING NEAR-INJURY, HAS TAKEN UP TO 24 HOURS TO GET IT STARTED AGAIN, AND ULTIMATELY TOTAL FAILURE REQUIRING $100 TOW BACK TO SHOP. HAVE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS (IN SHOP, TRYING TO RE-START IT, MISSING APPOINTMENTS) AND SUSTAINED MANY LEG BRUISES TRYING TO KICK-START IT LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF TIMES. 3. 1ST, THEY REPLACED FUEL TAP, WITH NO IMPROVEMENT. NEXT, THEY REROUTED FUEL & PLACED A PLATE TO BLOCK HEAT; PROBLEM (STALLING IN TRAFFIC) WORSENED AND LED TO COMPLETE FAILURE--COULDN'T GET IT STARTED AT ALL. THIS IS WHEN WE TOWED IT IN. 3RD, THEY TOOK FUEL SYSTEM FROM A BUDDY 50 (GENUINE SCOOTER CO, NOT KYMCO) AND TRANSPLANTED IT INTO OUR KYMCO PEOPLE 50. SCOOTER NOW IS SLUGGISH, WON'T ACHIEVE SAME TOP SPEED AND HEAR AND FEEL A GRINDING SOUND AS IT DRIVES. FEAR RIDING IT DUE TO DANGER OF STALL IN TRAFFIC AND GETTING HIT BY CAR (A FEW NEAR-MISSES) AND NOT ABLE TO RELY ON IT FOR TRANSPORTATION. DEALER NOT WILLING TO REPLACE THE SCOOTER NOR REFUND OUR MONEY. *TR
