The contact owns a 2021 KTM 890 Duke. The contact stated that while attempting to use the front brakes while riding at various speeds, the rear brake light failed to illuminate as intended. No warning lights were illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that other drivers had mentioned that the rear brake lights were not illuminated while riding and attempting to stop. The local dealer was not contacted. The motorcycle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
