I RECENTLY TOOK THE THE RV TO A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY WITH AN ISSUE WITH THE OEM SUPPLIED TRAILER-AIR TRI-GLIDE FIFTH WHEEL HITCH/KING PIN ASSEMBLY. THE KING PIN IS CLEARLY MARKED AS A 21,000 LBS. GVW RATED HITCH AND A LIPPERT (LCI) PART NUMBER OF 194170 . WHEN REPAIR FACILITY ATTEMPTED TO ORDER THE REPLACEMENT KING PIN ASSEMBLY USING THE PART NUMBER ABOVE, LCI INFORMED THEM THAT THE PART NUMBER ON THE CURRENT KING PIN ASSEMBLY IS ONLY RATED AT 18,000 LBS. GVW. THE DUTCHMEN GVW RATING FOR THE VOLTAGE 3950 LISTED ON THE PLACARD IS 19,000. THIS TOYHAULER LEFT THE DUTCHMEN FACTORY WITH A FIFTHWHEEL KING PIN THAT IS NOT RATED FOR THE RV'S 19K GVW. FORTHERMORE, LCI HAS WITHDRAWN THE 21,000 TRI-GLIDE HITCH SERIES FROM THE MARKET AS "NO LONGER AVAILABLE", LEAVING MY RV WITH NO POSSIBLE ALTERNITIVE FOR A 21,000 GVW KING PIN. AT PRESENT TIME, I AM UNABLE TO MOVE MY RV FROM THE SERVICE CENTER DUE TO NO SUITABLE REPLACEMENT KING PIN. THE FACT THAT DUTCHMEN IS INSTALLING UNDER-RATED KING PINS ON THIER FIFTHWHEEL RV'S PRESENTS AN EXTREME SAFTEY HAZZARD NOT ONLY TO THE VEHICLE TOWING THIS RV, BUT ANYONE ON THE ROAD! Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Montana, 2014 Alpine, Big Sky, and Fuzion, and 2014 Dutchmen Infinity and Voltage fifth wheel trailers equipped with Frigidaire KG series microwaves, models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS, manufactured January 27, 2013, through April 10, 2013, in the serial number range KG30607951 through KG31600670. In the affected vehicles, the microwave may start on its own and begin heating when unattended.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: If the microwave starts on its own and there are contents inside, a fire could result.

Remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will repair the membrane/keypad component, free of charge. The recall began on April 30, 2014. Owners may contact Keystone Customer Service by calling 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 14-204.
