TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 KENDON CARRIER DUAL RAIL TRAILER. THE BRAKE LIGHTS AND BRAKE INDICATORS HAVE FAILED. THE WIRING FOR THE LIGHTS MAY OR MAY NOT BE CONNECTED. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND SENT REPLACEMENT LIGHTS WHICH WERE INSTALLED BY THE CONTACT BUT THEY HAVE NOT WORKED SINCE HE INSTALLED THEM. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED …

THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND SENT REPLACEMENT LIGHTS WHICH WERE INSTALLED BY THE CONTACT BUT THEY HAVE NOT WORKED SINCE HE INSTALLED THEM. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED VIA TELEPHONE AND EMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED BY THE CONTACT. THE CONTACT CONFIRMED THAT THE LIGHTS ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THE TRAILER DOES NOT HAVE A GAUGE THAT INDICATES THE MILEAGE.
