If the uconnect warning of a low fuel wouldn't of shown up on my phone I could have ran out of gas and not know it. This isn't safe. I have taken the vehicle in several times and have been told the same thing. There is nothing wrong with it. Now I see during some research that others are having the same problem.

Over the past several months vehicle has been repaired four separate times by dealership and issue keeps recurring. Forward collision sensor, blind spot indicator, and active lane assistance intermittently malfunction creating unsafe driving situations that have almost caused several major accidents involving multiple vehicles. Examples of near misses of collisions include forward collision activating incorrectly when there aren't vehicles or objects in front of vehicle when turning through intersections and brakes are applied stopping vehicle from safely clearing intersection from oncoming traffic creating a potential collision from on coming traffic when unable to accelerate to avoid impact. Other times forward collision sensor has malfunctioned by activating during highway driving when it activated and applied brakes without reason causing vehicle to impede flow of traffic and abruptly stopping vehicle causing vehicles from behind to slam on their brakes and swerve into on comming traffic to prevent rear-end collision. Sensors randomly display on dash indicating malfunction and repair needed. During repair service at dealership they follow manufacturers recommendations and are unable to replicate malfunction during test drive so vehicle is returned. Within a week sensors intermittently continue to malfunction with no solution creating more potential traffic safety issues.

Car stalled out in the middle of the road out of nowhere. The car was on, but the gas stopped working. The emergency parking light turned on as well as the check engine light. I was finally able to move the clutch into neutral and someone stopped to help me push my car to the side of the road. The gas never started working again so I had to get a tow to the dealership. This was extremely dangerous as I was blocking a busy lane of traffic, and had just gotten off of the highway 2 minutes prior!

This screen includes, but is not limited to fuel level, speed, tire pressure, lane departure warning, and temperature. The vehicle has been to the dealer multiple times and the manufacturer has been contacted. There is a recall involving this issue, however, my vehicle was not included in the recall, but I am having the exact problem described.

Had music on inside the SUV couldn’t hear the noise seems like. She said, the vehicle was sounding loud before I pulled up to get her. I observed the sounds from underneath the vehicle a week after I purchased the vehicle. Each time I take it back to the dealer. No sounds. I’m afraid to drive this vehicle. They think I’m lying at the dealership. I’ve been to the dealership for the headrest twice and the sounds. The warnings are not that great on the vehicle either. They work sometimes.

The dashboard screen and main screen have been stuck in night mode for months. This makes driving during daytime hours extremely difficult because the dashboard screen cannot be seen. This screen includes, but is not limited to, speed, tire pressure, lame departure warning, and temperature. The vehicle has been to the dealer multiple times and the manufacturer has been contacted. The problem has been known to the manufacturer since at least November 2022. A recalled was issued describing these problems. However, this vehicle was not included in the recall and while my dealer received permission to order the parts, the parts are still not even available to perform the repair and there is no ETA on when they will be ready.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my 2022 Jeep Compass. In November 2022, both the center digital cluster screen and radio screen went dim and have not returned to full brightness since. I have already taken the car to the dealer twice, but they have not been able to resolve the issue, and have advised me to wait for a recall. I am extremely dissatisfied with this response, as I am unable to view the screens during the daytime, which poses a significant safety concern for me and my passengers. It is unacceptable that a vehicle that is barely a year old is experiencing such a significant issue. I strongly urge Jeep to take immediate action to rectify this problem. I have already spent considerable time and money taking my car to the dealership, and the issue has not been resolved. As a loyal Jeep customer, I expect better service and prompt resolution of this issue.
