CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE TO HAVE THE WHEELS ROTATED. AT THAT TIME THREE STUDS ON THE DRIVER'S REAR WHEEL STRIPPED, ON ANOTHER OCCASION ONE OF THE STUDS ON THE REAR PASSENGER WHEEL STRIPPED . PLEASE ADD ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
FAULTY LUGS: NUTS OVERHEAT, BOND TOGETHER TO STUDS. WHEN ROTATING TIRES CANNOT BREAK LOOSE LUGS: NUTS, CAUSING LUGS: NUTS TO BECOME LOOSE WHILE DRIVING. VEHICLE VIBRATED, SHIFTED, WENT INTO ONCOMING LANE, NEARLY CAUSING A CRASH. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAILS

AN INTEGRATED CIRCUIT WITHIN THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR CAN CONTAIN MANUFACTURING ERRORS.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THIS CAN CAUSE EXCESSIVE ELECTRICAL CHARGING OF THE VEHICLE'S ALTERNATOR, RESULTING IN ENGINE CONTROL MALFUNCTION, AND/OR EVENTUAL ENGINE STALL.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR WITH A NEW REGULATOR.
