DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH ON A NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS, THE BRAKES ENGAGED. UPON INSPECTION, THE RUBBER CAP OF THE RESERVOIR HAD NOT RETRACTED THEREFORE THE BRAKE FLUID COULD NOT GO BACK TO THE MASTER CYLINDER. THE RUBBER CAP WAS TOO SWOLLEN TO PUT BACK INTO PLACE.
