THE CONSUMER STATED THE RECALL FOR THE BCM, MADE THE BIKE WORSE. THE CONSUMER STATED HE HAS BEEN WITHOUT HIS BIKE SINCE AUGUST 2012. ALSO, THE BIKE WOULD NOT RE-START AFTER COMING TO A STOP. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED IT WAS A STARTER PROBLEM.
