UNKNOWN. Vehicle has had four (4) instances of going into "limp mode" when taking off from a stop. It is randomly occuring and cannot be duplicated or repeated. The condition arises with no warning or indicators that it is about to happen. Two different dealerships have assessed the vehicle and have no suggestions as to the cause or remedy of the issue. It is quite concerning that this issue could arise when attempting to pull out into traffic and the vehicle is unable to come up to speed, causing a potential collision. Fortunately, this issue has only occurred in a scenario where the vehicle not being able to come up to speed was not a problem (in all 4 instances it only has happened with no traffic or in stop-and-go traffic).
