TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HARLEY DAVISON FLSTC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TURNING SIGNALS FAILED TO ACTIVATE AND THAT THE SPEED ODOMETER WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE.
