CRACKING OF OUTER 'C' CHANNELS OF SUSPENSION DUE TO OVERLOADING IN THE HANGER AND AIR ATTACHMENT AREAS.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: CRACKING OF THE 'C' CHANNEL COULD CAUSE THE CROSSMEMBERSIN THE SUSPENSION SUBASSEMBLY TO BREAK AWAY FROM THE OUTER FRAME CHANNELS OF THEASSEMBLY, CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: MANUFACTURER WILL INSTALL MODIFICATION TO STRENGHTHEN SUSPENSION SUBASSEMBLY.
