WHILE PARKED IN REVERSE POSITION WITH THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY, THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACK UNEXPECTEDLY WHICH MAY HAVE CAUSED INJURIES. MANUFACTURER SAID THAT IT STATED I THE OWNER'S MANUAL TO USE THE EMERGANCY PARKING BRAKING ONLY WHEN IN PARKED/ REVERSE POSITIONS, BUT NEVER STATED THE CONSENQUENCES OF ROLLING BACK.
