SEAT BELT BINDS/TWISTS, MAKING BELT UNCOMFORTABLE. THE BINDING CAUSES DRIVER TO REMOVE THE BELT IN ORDER TO ADJUST CONTROL/RELEASE THE PARKING BRAKE. ALSO, TRANSMISSION FLUIS LEAKS FROM REAR TRANSMISSION WHEN VEHICLE IS PARKED ON AN INCLINE WITH THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE HIGHER THAN THE REAR. IN ADDITION, ABS BRAKE FAILURE.
