TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD SUPER DUTY. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH AND TURNING ON A BEND, THE ENTIRE IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER FRACTURED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOOKED POLAROID DURING THE DAYLIGHT. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. FORD MOTOR COMPANY WAS CONTACTED AT 800-444-3311 AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL THE RECALL HOTLINE AT 866-436-7332.
