2020 Ford F53

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F53. The contact stated that upon release of the parking brake, an alarm was sounded indicating that the parking brake was not fully released. The contact initially took the vehicle to the independent mechanic where the vehicle was purchased and remained in their possession for nine days. Upon return of the vehicle, the failure was not repaired and the contact was informed that the vehicle should be taken to an authorized dealer for service.
