Rear axle retaining bolt sheered off. Issue was discovered during routine tire rotation at dealership 9/29/23. I will not have parts available as dealership keeps old parts. There were no warning indications of this issue. This is a known issue listed as Ford CSP 22B34 which instructs dealers to replace parts on both sides of the vehicle. Dealer indicates my VIN is not included in that CSP. Because I'm not in CSP the dealer is replacing affected side under warranty, but won't touch the other side. A failed bolt will cause major failure of the axle assembly during a turn potentially causing loss of control of the vehicle. Ford knows both sides need to be replaced, but I have no recourse but to wait for a second failure. Please help.

I have a hybrid powertrain. When the vehicle is in normal mode (hybrid mode - engine off) and I am at a stop after about 3-5 seconds sometimes the vehicle will feel like it is going to move forward even though I have my foot on the brake. When this happens the vehicle will jerk or feel like it was hit from behind. The event…

When this happens the vehicle will jerk or feel like it was hit from behind. The event is very jarring and scary as you think the vehicle is going to move forward even though you have your foot on the brake.

failure of wiring protection. I have pictures. Signal lights failed. The problem could have caused a fire in the vehicle or a major malfunction. Dealer made a repair at the dealership. Messages on the driver display indicated a problem. The dealer rep. advised me that the wiring harnesses are manufactured with soy products!!! The result of this is that rodents chewed up the wiring to the point of failure of the lighting systems.

Right side Rear axle Bolt sheared off. Dealers do not want to fix or cant fix the problem even thought there is a Customer Satisfaction Bulletin that Ford has put out to fix the vehicle. CSP 22B34 Bolt shear has been confirmed by 2 dealers and was told they could not do anything about it until there was a Recall. This has been happening to Hundreds to thousands of F150's. No warnings that it had sheared off. I had my tires Rotated and the mechanics found the bolt rolling around the wheel drum which could cause other problems if not fixed. It looks like the only thing holding the axle in is the brake calipers and if they fail , wheel and or axle could separate from the vehicle which could cause other drivers or pedestrians to be injured. Please help and have Ford make this a recall before somebody is injured or worse.

I have made four (4) attempts since the recall and two (2) dealerships in my area both have turned me away stating they would not be able to repair due to parts not being available, etc... The ability for the wipers to deactivate during rains/heavy rains would be a critical defect, placing drivers and other motorist, pedestrians at risks.

Started the vehicle and an extremely loud popping noise came through the speaker system, then a horribly loud and terrible staticky clicking sound continued for 15 minutes or so, even after turning off the vehicle, locking it, and walking away from it.
