The contact owns a 2021 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving from a complete stop, the vehicle hesitated to respond and made an abnormal banging sound while responding. There was no warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the transmission was slipping while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 17,900.
Rear axle bolt has sheared off numerous times with no resolution. Ford just replaces the bolt with a new one.
Bolt that holds the rear passenger side axle in place has broken off. This was found during a tire rotation at the dealership.

The contact owns a 2021 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was a message to "Check Headlamps - See Owner's Manual" was displayed. The vehicle was then taken to a local dealer on two occasions; however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and the contact was advised to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The approximate failure mileage was 4,500.

2021 Ford F-150 PowerBoost Lariat, 3.5 V6, with Max Tow package - right rear axle bolt sheared off at about 11,000 miles. The seat belt from my 2021 F-150 cause shoulder pain. Since the vehicle in the dealer for a month I have to drive a rental and the shoulder pain went away.
My 2021 Powerboost F-150s experienced an issue where the truck lurched forward as if hit from behind after coming to a stop. My 2021 Powerboost F-150s experienced an issue where the truck lurched forward as if hit from behind after coming to a stop. This can result in the truck hitting the vehicle in front of you if you are in tight traffic. I dropped the truck at the local Ford dealer and was told it will take 1 to 3 months to fix the vehicle due to part in back order.
Sheared right rear axle bolt.
BO speaker system pops and crackles. Most of the time it occurs in the headrest speaker. Happens all the time.
